Coordinated with GPAC and Robeson County Superintendent of Public School Arts, this event included an Exhibition, Artist Talk, & Community Drawing Workshop with Peter Nii Narku (Accra, Ghana, West Africa). The one-day collaborative drawing workshop provided K-12 children with an immersive art experience, blending exhibition viewing, artist discussion, and hands-on creative engagement. Students explored Narku’s artistic process, cultural influences, and storytelling techniques before participating in a collaborative drawing workshop, fostering creativity, cultural appreciation, and artistic expression.
